Jenn and Hugo's Wedding

Jenn and Hugo are a fun loving couple that wanted all of their friends and family to enjoy their upscale park and garden themed wedding, and they definitely did just that! When we met the couple they had the idea of the ceremony and reception looking like a park full of benches and trees and we helped them run with this idea and make it a reality! After they both spent the morning with their bridal party getting ready, they headed out to do their reveal meeting. They took a great amount of pictures around the city before heading back to the Ritz to make things official! The ceremony was set up in the round with the couple standing on a stage in the middle of the room. Jenn walked down the aisle to the music from the string quartet. It was officiated by the Father of the Groom and the bride's brother making it really personal and meaningful. After they kissed, guests were invited to cocktail hour. While guests were enjoying themselves we were hard at work setting up all of the great details for the reception. We created the couple's day of stationery that included their ceremony programs, chair signs, table assignment cards, table numbers, and other various reception signage. One of my favorite details was the table assignment cards that were placed in beds of grass- perfect for their garden theme! The couple chose to make things unique for their reception by cutting their cake at the end of cocktail hour and followed that up with a thank you speech to their guests before inviting everyone into the gorgeous ballroom. The tables were decorated with gorgeous florals created by Brittany of Petals Lane and we were blown away! This group got down on the dance floor with a spontaneous flash mob and guests danced well into the night. As an extra treat to top off this perfect day, guests enjoyed fresh cupcakes and cookies from Buttercream cupcake truck! We were so glad to help pull off this amazing day!
