Lindsay and Eric had an absolutely fantastic wedding! The day started with the entire gang taking over the Shipwatch Inn in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Gloss stylists, Nickie and Emma made the gals look glam and the bride look flawless! After everyone got dressed, we hopped in the party bus and headed over to the ceremony at Havre de Grace. Le Banque de Fleuve was the perfect setting for their sweet ceremony performed by Taya of Altared Vows, and the couple's dog, Sophie, served as their adorable ring bearer! The reception was chock full of handmade details made by, none other than, the bride and groom! They tirelessly made thousands of paper flowers to create pomander ball centerpieces, each table was named for a special location and had a corresponding scrapbook full of photos and memories of the time spent there, they even hand-pressed their own invitations and day-of stationery! We all know how I love details, so I was head over heels in love with this wedding! We got to work beside great professionals like Kiki Rose Florists, DJ Billy Logue, Black Tie Video and Connor Studios at an awesome venue with absolutely incredible staff- Chesapeake Inn Ballroom. The day was perfect and the couple was great!
The second of our three weddings this Saturday was Christie and Sean's. They were married in Doylestown at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and after being pronounced husband and wife, they released doves on the steps of the church in front of their family and friends. Guests gasped upon walking into the reception at Knowlton Mansion. Synergetic Sound and Lighting draped off the ballroom and up lit the room in a warm amber and projected an amber branch wash onto the dancefloor. We created their invitations and day-of stationery and Christie did an incredible job with the details for her and Sean's dream wedding! Every part of the reception was personalized and we can't wait to show you the rest of the images from Shari DeAngelo Photography but in the meantime, she sent us this beautiful image as a teaser!
Andy and Erika were married on Saturday in Worchester, Pa in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at the Peter Wentz Farmstead followed by a tented reception in Pop's (Andy's grandfather) yard. From the lights hanging in the trees to the homemade bar- the bride and groom added their personal touches throughout the wedding. Guests enjoyed a taste of Philadelphia, a taste of Boston and farm fresh food stations catered by Blue Monkey Catering. The dance floor was packed the whole night and the bride made sure to have her cowboy boots so she could party with their guests. Guests had so much fun they didn't want the party to end!

What beautiful weather we had this Saturday for Alyson and Bob's wedding! They were married at St. David's Church in Willow Grove and held their reception at Philadelphia Ballroom. We created their stationery to match their pale pink and gray color scheme. The band, Secret Service, kept the dance floor packed all night and the guests were having a great time! Thank you to Cindy Guessford for these amazing images and for being so fun to work with! Keep your eyes on the blog for their full blog post.

Joanne and Matt's Wedding

Are you ready for one really pretty wedding? Joanne and Matt were married in April on a lovely Saturday afternoon at St Patrick's Church in Philadelphia. Joanne and her bridesmaids spent the morning being pampered with hair, done by Melissa Brown, and makeup done by, Emily from Cheekadee, in a suite at Hotel Palomar- where the couple also had their first look. After a fun session of pictures all around the city, they headed to the church to make it official where Joanne walked down the aisle to the beautiful music of Rittenhouse String Quartet. Brulee Catering created a delicious menu for the couple's reception at Memorial Hall at the Please Touch Museum! We created their stationery to match their pink and gold color scheme and TableArt did a fabulous job creating the bouquets and centerpieces with lots of shades of pink! When it came time to get the party started, Elan Artist's band, The Edge, really brought it! Guests packed the dancefloor and danced the night away. Towards the end of the night, Joanne surprised her groom and their guests with a pizza truck that everyone got to enjoy! A big thank you to Alison Conklin for these incredible images- she really captured the love between these two. At the end of the post, be sure to check out the highlight video from Tweed Weddings- another stellar job, Lou!

Beach Haven was the perfect setting for Danielle and Chris' beautiful wedding! The sun was shining and the waves were crashing as the bride walked down the aisle in Vera Wang. The bridesmaids wore pale yellow gowns and carried bouquets of white daisies. The party continued as guests arrived at the Boat House and enjoyed delicious food by Taste Catering. Danielle and Chris' family and friends had a GREAT time- the dancefloor was packed all night long and, even though we dodged a few raindrops, the wedding was a fabulous success!

We hope you all had a great Labor Day weekend! We spent our day on Saturday at the Horticulture Center for Cara and Andy's wedding day! This may be one of my favorite weddings of the year. You could feel the love between these two, and their friends and families are so in love with them as well! They were married outside in front of the fountains under a Chuppah designed by their florist, Sullivan Owen- who blew us away with the decor for the ceremony and reception. Stephen Starr Catering created a delicious menu and the couple and their guests were raving about how delicious everything was! As a surprise, Cara's sister and Andy's brothers, arranged an awesome flash mob during the reception that included all of the guests and completely surprised the couple- we even took part! From beginning to end, their day was incredible. Enjoy this teaser from Jeff Wojtaszek Photography and be sure to check back for their full blog post- so many great details!!
