Katie and Brady's wedding took place outside in the gardens of the historic Colonial Dames of America in Philadelphia. Reverend Richard Binder officiated this flawless ceremony. The celebration continued in the ballroom of Colonial Dames. The reception would not have been complete without Best of Times DJ, John Estrada and the fun photobooth from Festive Fotobooth! Katie envisioned a springy and modern, yet natural wedding. Petals Florist's beautiful centerpieces and bouquets, Doughmain Baked Goods' wedding cake complete with branches and birds, and the sophisticated, historic touches of the venue completed the look. The gorgeous bride's hair and makeup was completed by Jason Matthew Hair Salon and our dear friend, Emily from Cheekadee! Sarah DiCicco captured all of the bride and groom's special moments throughout the day. It was great to finally work with her- we're big fans of her photos!! She was kind enough to share a few for us to show off on the blog :)

Vickie and Jarrod's Wedding Invitations
Vickie and Jarrod chose a black pocket fold with bold fuchsia accents and damask borders. This is very trendy look for invitations this year, everyone seems to love it!
Lori and Kevin's Wedding
Lori and Kevin's wedding ceremony took place at Fairmont's Eastern State Penitentiary! Some of America's most infamous criminals were held at the Penitentiary while it was still open. In fact, in the picture of Lori's beautiful gown, it is hanging near the cell that Al Capone was held in! Wow!!
The Philadelphia Inquirer was so interested in the space that they even published an article about Lori and Kevin's wedding and KYW News Radio interviewed the bride to learn more about what they had in mind for a wedding taking place in a prison in the state of perpetual ruin.
Paper by Proud ran with the idea used the look of prison bars as the inspiration for the invitation and stationery design. Using a striped grosgrain ribbon belly band to close the pocket and a vellum overlay invitation atop one of their engagement photos, the result was modern, chic, and fun invitations!
The reception was at the Philadelphia College of Physicians, once home to the country's oldest professional medical organization, now a beautiful and historic museum. Allebach Photography captured the historic beauty of both locations. Carl Alan Floral Design created stunning bouquets and corsages by contrasting bold red flowers with fun, white feathers! The reception was filled with great food from Catering By Designs and fun music and dancing thanks to Schaffer Sounds! Lori and Kevin's special day was unique and unforgettable! Congrats!
Laurie and Derek's Invitations
Laurie and Derek chose a sapphire pocket fold with beautiful bubblegum pink details. They turned out great! Stay tuned for more pictures of Laurie and Derek's ceremony programs and reception photos!
Donna and Chad's Wedding
Donna and Chad's wedding ceremony took place outside of the bride's parents house in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The weather was perfect for this outdoor wedding with a positively gorgeous view. The centerpieces by Ilonka Floral Decorator, along with all of the other decorative touches, went perfectly with Donna's simple, organic wedding and the modern charm of the Phoenixville Foundry made it the perfect place to go along with her vision. It was great working with Bob Tomasso at the Foundry! J. Scott Catering did a fabulous job, by not only providing the guests with great food, but also amazing service! Videographer, Well Spun Weddings, did a great job of capturing special moments throughout the day. Classic Photo Booth provided the photo booth which is always a hit and Ken from No Macarena DJs got the party going! The incredible Sofia Negron sent us some great shots of Donna and Chad's big day! She did an excellent job and was superfun to work with!! We shared many laughs that night :)
Jackie and Mike's Wedding
Jackie and Mike had their ceremony at Saint Margarets of Scotland Church and their reception that followed was at University of Delaware's Clayton Hall. Jackie's vision of a pink and yellow themed wedding was carried out beautifully thanks to Kirk's Flowers' bouquets and the intricately designed wedding cake from Bing's Bakery. East Coast Event Group did a great job during the reception as the DJ, as well as videographer. Tom Lunt, the main shooter, brought aloong Issy Schmid, to help capture these great shots...what great pics!! Congrats Jackie and Mike and best wishes for a happy marriage!!
