Amanda and Carl were married in August in a traditional three part Zoroastrian ceremony. Amanda wore a beautiful white sari for the ceremony and was decked out with lots of jewels that she borrowed from Carl's mother. After barely escaping an almost rained out ceremony, guests were able to enjoy a delicious cocktail hour by the reflecting pool. The color scheme for their wedding was pale pink and lavender. We created the invitations with a pink back and white front with scrolls in the corners. From there, we continued the scheme on the seating chart, table number, chair signs, and other various reception signage. The crew from Synergetic Sound and Lighting transformed the look of the reception by adding draping across the walls and uplighting. The centerpieces looked as if they were glowing from the center thanks to the tons of candlelight that Flowers by Yukie placed around the flowers she arranged. Guests were heard ooo'ing and ahh'ing as they entered the room! Amanda had an outfit change before the reception and changed into an American style wedding gown- she looked beautiful in both looks. Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner and then headed to the dance floor for the rest of the night. When they weren't on the dance floor they were able to enjoy a photo booth setup by their photographer- which is always a huge hit! We found most of the men- and a few ladies- outside smoking on cigars and enjoying the evening.
Congratulations Amanda and Carl!
