Jenn and Jeremy were married last July on the hottest day of summer, but that didn't stop this wedding from being anything less than amazing! The bride and her daughter, who acted as Maid of Honor, and a few other close family and friends, got ready at the Hotel Palomar before departing for the ceremony. The ceremony was held at Shofuso Japanese House, under a beautiful arch created by Petals Lane. When you first entered the house, you were to take your shoes off and put on the traditional paper shoes. Jenn and Jeremy made thousands of paper cranes that hung from the entrance doorway. Their closest family and friends attended the outdoor ceremony and when they arrived, they were greeted with a drink display, that was definitely needed on this hot day! After the couple were pronounced man and wife, they walked around the gardens for their newlywed pictures. Just as they were finishing up, the sky opened up and began to pour- perfect timing for their indoor reception at Paradiso! Guests found their escort cards on a table that was decorated with moss and tall vases filled with water and topped with floating candles. The table decor was kept simple; small, lush arrangements in the middle with lots of candlelight surrounding. The kids table had adorable I Spy cards at each place setting along with a disposable camera for them to capture all the fun. Instead of a traditional wedding cake, the couple chose to have a cupcake tower with 3 small cakes in the couple's favorite flavors! The dance floor was packed all night thanks to their DJ Joe playing all of their favorite 90's dance music! It was a wonderful day from start to finish!
Congratulations Jenn and Jeremy!
