Erika and Austin were married on a very humid day of July in an outdoor ceremony at The Old Mill. Erika and her maids started the day just down the road at her parent's home. After hair and makeup was complete, they headed over to The Old Mill for the ceremony. Their ceremony was filled with personal touches on how the couple met and how happy they make each other! Guests enjoyed a delicious cocktail hour while we took care of the last minute details in the ballroom. Each of the tables were named after Philadelphia and Kansas City (where the groom is from) sports teams! It was fun to watch the guests go to each table to see what teams were represented! After being introduced, the newlyweds had their first dance together and to make it more personal, the bride's cousin, sang the song for them. Erika's father did a fabulous job with his welcome speech- he even came prepared with a slide show- and he had everyone laughing and enjoying themselves. He also used the slideshow during his father/daughter dance and projected pictures of the bride growing up- she had no idea and was pleasantly surprised! The bride and groom and their guests danced the night away and enjoyed the photo booth.
Congratulations Erika and Austin!
