Alison and Erik had a gorgeous, victorian-inspired wedding in Cape May. The lilac color scheme was a perfect, understated pop to compliment the vintage Christmas decor they used.
MASSIVE thank yous to the amazing Jana Bannan, of Mike Kehr fame, for taking these fantastic photographs and the awesome Dave Hoeffel of Sound Choice DJs for keeping the dance floor hot (when it was freezing outside!!!).
burrrrr... it was COLD- these guys are troopers for keeping their "reveal" outside!!!
One of my favorite touches of the day took place during the ceremony- the guests sang Christmas carols rather than hymns! It was a fabulous change-up from the traditional and everyone really enjoyed it!
The Hotel Alcott provided the perfect setting and ambiance for this Victorian wedding.
The wedding cake was actually a Croqu’En Bouche, a traditional french tower of pastry! And who doesn't love a good candy buffet? I like the mix of vintage glassware we used!
