Kristin & Matt's Wedding

Kristin and Matt had a fabulous fall-inspired wedding and reception at the Mendenhall Inn. The adorable touches of pumpkins and the rich color scheme of chocolate and burnt colors really made for a warm and inviting event. Many thanks to another great team of vendors- Photos By Laurie captured some awesome shots, Martins Video caught everything on film (here's a sneak peek) and Jason with Schaffer Sound kept the dance floor packed! Many happy wishes to the new couple!!!

Therese & Ryan's Wedding

Therese and Ryan had an absolutely amazing wedding! Not just because Cairnwood served as a fairytale backdrop, but because there were so many awesome surprises for their guests and the details were so perfectly coordinated! You can really tell there was a ton of thought that went into planning this wedding- they really did a great job! To make a dream wedding even better, I got to work with a stellar team of professionals!!! Ryan Estes took these incredible photos and Pete from First Floor Films handled the video footage. Oh, what a night!!
The girls were able to do a few photos in the city, before hopping in the vintage Rolls on the way to the ceremony!
We placed tons of lanterns up the walkway guests took from the parking area to the mansion- it was a gorgeous touch.... thank goodness we used LED tealights- they stayed lit in the rain!
Cairnwood has mantels galore- we decorated each of them with hundreds of candles- it was beautiful and really created a cozy atmosphere.

Love this one- we got to show off their engagement photos that Ryan took at Lincoln Financial Field- so fun and a great, personal touch!

The candy buffet was beautiful and very well received- the guests LOVED it! (and ravaged it!)

Fixing bustles... one of those things I do at nearly every wedding :)

The PHENOMENAL groom's cake by Cakes By Suzy- one of my very favorite vendors!!! Classic Photo Booths handled the old fashioned photo booth and guestbook and it was really fun!!

Then, the best part of the night- THE AVALON STRING BAND! The mummers surprised all the guests by craashing the party (Therese's brother is in the band!) and playing a few songs. It was a blast and people were floored!!! You should've seen the jaws hit the floor as these guys made their way down the grand staircase- it was unforgettable!!!

We finished off the magical evening with a sparkling sendoff! Congrats Therese & Ryan!!!
