Lindsay and Eric's Wedding

Lindsay and Eric both started their day at the Ship Watch Inn in Maryland. Lindsay and her ladies started the day with hair and makeup by the always fantastic Gloss Salon, while Eric and the guys relaxed in their suite with a catered lunch. This super creative couple added some phenomenal details to their wedding! We loved their ceremony space to begin with and we loved it even more after we set up a ribbon backdrop behind the doors where the couple were married, to hide any cars on the street. It was a perfect pop of color in the historical building! Before Lindsay walked down the aisle, she had the couple's dog, Sophie, act as flower girl- always a cute idea and guests love it! They did a sand ceremony within their ceremony and we used the vase as decoration later at the reception. Over at the reception we were busy at work setting up the details that made this wedding unique. Instead of traditional floral centerpieces, Lindsay made paper flower poms in orange and blue for each table. The couple also made all their own stationery including the menus, table numbers, and photo share cards. When it was time for the couple to make their entrance, they arrived to the ballroom via boat and then came inside for their first dance. Guests enjoyed their dinner and then headed to the dance floor for some dancing. Even a crazy electrical storm that happened during the reception couldn't stop this party! They left the reception with a sparkler sendoff and then jumped back on the boat!

Congratulations Lindsay and Eric!

Teaser Tuesday

Lindsay and Eric had an absolutely fantastic wedding! The day started with the entire gang taking over the Shipwatch Inn in Chesapeake City, Maryland. Gloss stylists, Nickie and Emma made the gals look glam and the bride look flawless! After everyone got dressed, we hopped in the party bus and headed over to the ceremony at Havre de Grace. Le Banque de Fleuve was the perfect setting for their sweet ceremony performed by Taya of Altared Vows, and the couple's dog, Sophie, served as their adorable ring bearer! The reception was chock full of handmade details made by, none other than, the bride and groom! They tirelessly made thousands of paper flowers to create pomander ball centerpieces, each table was named for a special location and had a corresponding scrapbook full of photos and memories of the time spent there, they even hand-pressed their own invitations and day-of stationery! We all know how I love details, so I was head over heels in love with this wedding! We got to work beside great professionals like Kiki Rose Florists, DJ Billy Logue, Black Tie Video and Connor Studios at an awesome venue with absolutely incredible staff- Chesapeake Inn Ballroom. The day was perfect and the couple was great!
The second of our three weddings this Saturday was Christie and Sean's. They were married in Doylestown at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel and after being pronounced husband and wife, they released doves on the steps of the church in front of their family and friends. Guests gasped upon walking into the reception at Knowlton Mansion. Synergetic Sound and Lighting draped off the ballroom and up lit the room in a warm amber and projected an amber branch wash onto the dancefloor. We created their invitations and day-of stationery and Christie did an incredible job with the details for her and Sean's dream wedding! Every part of the reception was personalized and we can't wait to show you the rest of the images from Shari DeAngelo Photography but in the meantime, she sent us this beautiful image as a teaser!
Andy and Erika were married on Saturday in Worchester, Pa in a gorgeous outdoor ceremony at the Peter Wentz Farmstead followed by a tented reception in Pop's (Andy's grandfather) yard. From the lights hanging in the trees to the homemade bar- the bride and groom added their personal touches throughout the wedding. Guests enjoyed a taste of Philadelphia, a taste of Boston and farm fresh food stations catered by Blue Monkey Catering. The dance floor was packed the whole night and the bride made sure to have her cowboy boots so she could party with their guests. Guests had so much fun they didn't want the party to end!

Beth and Mike's Wedding

Beth and Mike were married this October in Maryland. Their ceremony was held at St. Dennis Church, followed by a reception at Kitty Knight House. The girls started their day with hair and makeup done by Bethany from Gloss Salon in Delaware. She did a fantastic job making everyone look absolutely beautiful! All of the florals, provided by Elana's Broad Street Florist, really complimented the color scheme of tiffany blue and white. Beth's bouquet was a combination of whites and greens and was wrapped in a tiffany blue fabric. The bridesmaids bouquets, which were greens and oranges, really popped against the girl's dresses! There were also a few nautical touches throughout the reception, fishing net on the gift table, crab pot for cards, and sailboat tealights for guest tables! The place cards were displayed in a box of sand with pearls scattered all around. Tiffany blue paper lanterns hung from the tent and when the sun went down, it looked very elegant! Kyle from Synergetic Sounds got everyone out of the seats and dancing the night away. Guests enjoyed the all blue colored candy buffet! Bing's Bakery made the lovely four tiered cake with swirls on every other tier. They were sent off with a sparkler sendoff! A big thanks to Misty Dawn Photography for sending us so many of these gorgeous images, it was hard to narrow them down!

Congratulations Beth and Mike!
